EXECUTIVE Coaching Engagements

Coaching engagements are determined based on your desired outcomes, from longer-term growth engagements to short-term career decision evaluations. Two 60-minute sessions per month are fairly typical, and ongoing engagements include support on an as-needed basis.

Team coaching engagements typically last multiple months, and include monthly team discussions, complemented by confidential one-on-one coaching. The primary focus of team coaching is on the sustainability of the team and the achievement of collective goals - not those of any one individual.
